Close to the beach, close to the event that we were attending. Cleaning staff were very friendly.
No decaf coffee. Kitchenette did not have much in the way of kitchen and cooking utensils. We requested for a 2nd floor room when we booked 3 months in advance and when we booked in were told we could not get a 2nd floor room.

The staff was very friendly. The rate was great and it was right across the street from the beach and walking distance to some good restaraunts.
It was very out dated. The bed was so old it dipped in the middle. It was a very uncomfortable sleep.

Reasonable value , for money--good if you had a family, with a pullout sofa/bed in the sitting area. Clean rooms; great location for beach and events (jazz festival)
